Yea they鈥檒l have to go to Boston. But Boston hasn鈥檛 had a break , 2 7 game grueling series and a 6 game series. Denver had a sweep and a couple 4-1 series. So that extra rest should help out I think in the final round.

I鈥檓 with Charles on this one. Nobody knows the future, but all the pressure is on the Celtics now and they鈥檝e shown some serious mental lapses. But if the Heat does not have a ton of will-to-win they could fold in this away game. Fans will be crazy the whole game, something none of the commentators mentioned. • Jimmy Simpson

It's understandable, as Spoelstra said in the post game, that he wanted to take Tatum out of the play so he had Strus not guard White who was making the inbound pass and instead had Strus double Tatum. However, this strategy backfired as White was able to make an entry pass without anyone guarding him and then he was able to streak to the rim, unopposed, as the shot by Smart was released. After Strus came off the double of Tatum he was totally lost, in no man's land, guarding no one and he was just too late once he tried to circle around and catch up to White at the rim. Tremendous credit goes to White, who after his entry pass to Smart, slid to his left and appeared to be anticipating a return pass giving him the opportunity to take the last shot but then, as Smart, took the shot, White races to the rim for a put back. What an epic game though--one for the ages.

Incredible for the ages game. It had about everything. I thank the crew for using a term that sums up the state of winning in the NBA now: by committee. It used to be big 3, now it is by committee. The combination of Danny Ainge asking price plus the new aprons mean that is not doable. One still likely needs a GOAT, but one does not assume they won by getting 3 of then.

As a celtics fan i feel the pressure. And yes those lapses are killer i was literally screaming at the tv "yall really going to give this one away too like you did in games 1 and 2" to HOLY S*** at the end. But i agree with chuck Boston probably carries more pressure going into game 7 than the heat but the heat also carry a fair share of pressure. Again im going to say Boston has to play this game 7 like they did the 76ers of they want to win. Def nervous for tomorrow.

Chuck is critical of the Celtics for letting Miami come back. That is not a fair and objective criticism. Miami needed this game and they played like it. You have to consider that the Celtics were in enemy territory with a crowd against them. It is no easy task to beat a talented team on their home court in the playoffs. This came down to the wire as should have been expected. Great game.

@Todd Forhetz 馃槅馃槅馃槅馃槅 for real tho...I've been there, heres a example in football...watch Brady get the same call of pass interference on a run & shoot & gets it for game winning end games..he gets it by throwing the ball short & his streaker knows when to stop & turn into the defender whose running neck to neck watching the reciever & turns when he does & cant stop & shld be able to do so ...here's the clicker..the ball os short & uncatchible..but he gets that call for 80% of those gms with that scenario.馃馃馃...Ive seen it time & time again..the other non coincidental look back & is, see how many key guys get hurt & out..& cause comback wins vs that team..also not to mention how they win championdhips but yet when they need to replace or fill a gap they get that player w/o high pics! & teams trade them to them! Thats not coincident. So either ya love em or hate em..which leads to $$$$$ at the box office, a must see win or must see lose馃槅馃槅馃槅馃槅. Genius marketing 馃槅馃槅鉁....same with this Boston team...I'd be shocked if they dont win..watch the freethrow stat & non calls vs Miami...& who gets in early foul trouble. Lastly I'm not a hater..I just hate manipulation in sports..we watch to see an ending thats not predictable.

I agree with Barkley that all the pressure will be on Boston in Game 7. If Miami loses, they can justify it by saying they lost Game 6 in the last second and Game 7 on the road. However, if Boston loses Game 7 at home, there will be severe consequences. Some may lose their jobs, and numerous trades could occur.

    1. Make history from down 0 - 3.

Rare that I find myself agreeing with Barkley so completely; the *way* the Celtics lose, when they lose, is so baffling and unpredictable, it is very hard to be confident in them making this particular kind of history. Even against a Heat team that they are significantly better than, across most reasonable measures in the sport. Mazzulla seems completely incapable of changing the tune when things start going wrong - heck, they dont change *anything* when things go bad. They just keep chopping wood and hoisting 3's, and if they cant hit, they also cant defend. It's a stressful watch!

I feel this was the craziest playoff ending since another game 6 in Miami. 2013 game 6, Spurs vs Miami. Miami down 5 with 20 seconds. Spurs missed 2 FTs final 30 seconds; and Boston missed a few at the end also. Lebron 3, and then Allen 3 off of O reb. This was a miss off the right on the mark Smaet 3 and right at the buzzer. Miami came from dead both games but couldn鈥檛 get the final rebound in this crazy game.
