Every player has confidence in themselves to potentially be "that guy" that night. You see it in the way they play. Whereas on other teams the "others" are always afraid to try and play free. Because everyone will yell at them to "pass to curry", "pass to klay", or "pass to kd", "pass to book". Those psychological chains aren't there with this team, and it is very cool to watch.

Love how game 3 in both series, the Heat and the Nuggets respective superstars had (in comparison to their usual accolades) relatively quiet games. Both teams in return showed off the depth of their lineups and why they've earned the spots they're currently in. Crazy respect to the lineups of both squads.
IF the Miami Heat will win the Finals, I would love to see a movie about this particular lineup. A group of undrafted men, an 8th seeded team make it way to championship. There's no better story than this IF they win.

Yeah, he brought a toughness to this team that they are sorely lacking. As a side note, he came up under Popovich, and that makes perfect sense. Without him, this team has had a hard time holding it's focus and intensity. They need that aggressive, militant presence

This is one of the most "expect the unexpected" season I've seen.

This season has become the redemption season for Jimmy Butler for sure.... If he wins a ring or not he no longer needs to be thought of as a "what could've been" player. He is putting the Heat on his shoulders and doing it when no one believe them.
I said from the start, I'll say it at the end. Joe Mazzulla is not it. He didn't play,. that's absolutely true, he also made no major adjustments nor did he encourage his team. How do you end up losing your whole team and letting them give up? This is mind boggling. Even Horford was more coach than he was tonight.
